American Politics Workshop

The NCAPSA American Politics Workshop is a one-day research workshop that takes place once a semester, usually in January and May. Like the other NCAPSA workshops, it rotates among DC-area universities. It usually involves two paper presentations in the morning and two more after lunch. The coordinator is Danny Hayes (George Washington University).​

Gender, Race, and Ethnicity Politics (GREP) Workshop

The DC-Area Gender, Race, and Ethnicity Politics (GREP) is a one-day research workshop that takes place once a year. Like the other NCAPSA workshops, it rotates among DC-area universities. The coordinator is Jamil Scott (Georgetown University). ​

International Relations Workshop

The Washington Area International Relations Workshop is a one-day research workshop in which 3-4 papers are presented and discussed. It is held once a year. Like the other NCAPSA workshops, it rotates among DC-area universities. The coordinator is Shannon Carcelli (University of Maryland).
